WHO AM I? AND HOW CAN I HELP YOU?

I'm on a mission to help you! 

I was once that woman who had no idea what was required when it came to losing weight, especially in a 'healthy' way. 

Like most women out there, I've jumped on every fad diet going, from 5:2 to Keto, depriving myself of the food I loved - like chocolate! 

After years and years of attempted 'fad' diets, that just never worked for me. 

I found something that did, where I didn't have to deprive myself of ANY foods - I could still add them in, it was a case of quantity! 

 I want to help show you the way, change your mindset at how you look at food and exercise, get in shape and most importantly be the healthiest and most confident you. 

Hey! i'm Miriam! 👋

I'm a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Online Coach. 
I spent most of my teens and into my early 20s being overweight.

My skin was bad, and my thighs rubbed so much, I had to buy jeans every 8-10 weeks because of the holes that were made.

I know how it feels to look in the mirror and not like what you see. Feeling like the 'fat one' in your group of friends. 

Longing to wear crop tops but feeling far too self-conscious and 'fat' to even dare.

It wasn't until a close family member got diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, a disease that you get by having an unhealthy lifestyle that pushed me to finally start prioritising my health. I never looked back. 
My vision and mission is to help women get in shape, gain body confidence, educate and change how they look at food and exercise to ultimately help them to stay healthy to avoid long term morbidities.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS...

I hate running, will you make me go running?

Absolutely not. you don't need to go running to lose weight and get fit - We can find other means for you to get your cardio in, like circuits & walking

Is there anything I'll need for the programme? 

Yes! Body weight scales, measuring tape & kitchen scales! 
AND if you have it, a watch that can track your steps, otherwise most smart phones will have a step tracker.

Do I need access to a gym?

Access to a gym is ideal, however, I can provide you with home body weight workouts! 

Do I need to have a Facebook account?

Absolutely, all the coaching & challenges will be held through our private Facebook group. The programme won't work unless you have a Facebook account. 

Do I need to count calories on this plan?

Yes, I have some tutorials and guides to show you how as part of the 60 day shape up. 

How are the training sessions delivered?

Through the 'TrueCoach' app - complete with videos helping demonstrate the movements!
